  没有逻辑思维写作英语作文,就无法得高分了。既然背模板范文不能得高分而得低分,那么英语老师一味地让学生背模板范文还有什么意义呢?这是否是主张背模板范文的英语老师,对学生写出高分高质量的英语作文,就推卸责任呢?

  很少有英语老师能够在这些问题上全部给出肯定的答案。一旦一个老师认为下面的学生都有写作问题,仅能靠虚假模板或特殊范文写作的时候,通常都是老师自己有问题。事实上,多数老师认为:背诵模板范文,90%以上学生全有问题不但写作质量低,而且脱离模板范文就不会写作。这个问题的根源就在老师教学研究管理者了。

  学生写作英语要有所改善,我们就必须减少——因每个人的思想不同写出的英语作文质量和形式就不同的硬背模板范文——的一些“水土不服”写作英语问题,包括:重结构、结果;心理探求缺位;英语逻辑思维相关的词法句法不应用,以至写出汉语式英语。这种转变需要老师带动学生做。为此提出十条建议如下:

  建议四,老师教学生学习英语写作不断优化,那些原本看似合理如中式思维的要求及管理流程也需要做出相应的修正以便优化和规整。

  建议五,推广学生写好英语作文及其老师独到的英文思维作文教学方法,改进写作英语传统方法,这些是提升学生写好英语作文教学执行力的有效武器。

  建议六,学生写好英语作文不仅需要“好结果”的明星,同样也需要精彩的“细节执行过程,如逻辑思维推理的四种方式”的榜样,需要在学生中和老师中褒扬并分享好的经验。

  建议七,在英语作文教学中选拔和培养一批专注于执行细节的“看门人”——“监理”老师,他们会成为执行力的“保安”。

  建议八,要拥有一个有执行力的“放弃模板范文,提倡用英语思维写作的要求”的团队老师。针对“不走捷径,不背模板不背范文,而走熟知英语逻辑思维,尊重英语思维写英语,尊重英语写作量化要求写英语”的情况,我们就需要有坚强的执行力老师带头往前走。

  建议九,写作英语,不仅靠驱赶、激励和过程管控,在目标上老师与学生达成共识,激发老师研究和学生写作英语热情,即:为什么要写作英语?因为让外国人了解中国的文化、了解中国人的思想,以便产生写作英语动力和行动力。因此自然消除学生背诵英语模板和范文的现象。

  建议十,让一些老师从“模板范文”的宝座上走下来。参与到更多学生执行“英语思维十项指标;写作内容(审题,要点);逻辑思维四大步骤;十大词类;英语逻辑单句及其组句等的应用”沟通中盛宴中来吧。让问题都在主席台前三排解决掉,彻底铲除问题解决的根源:在“主席台”上讲的问题是别人吧!
